Responsibilities:

A large multinational Property Developer are currently looking to appoint a new Business Development Manager, based in Jakarta. As a Indonesian national, you will have a minimum of 8 years experience working for an international PD firm or local Indonesia hospitality, leisure or luxury residential Developer firm. You will have a track-record in the sourcing of new deals and in undertaking due diligence, financial modelling or feasibility studies to assess the viability of project opportunities. The company, one of the busiest in Asia, offer a market leading package of remuneration.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
• At least 8 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Managers specializing in Property/Real Estate or equivalent.
• Full-Time position(s) available.
