Responsibilities:

Our client is a leading international Investment manager launching an exciting new fund focused upon SE Asia. To compliment the exisiting executive team an Acquisition Director is sought to focus on the acquisition of assets particularly in Indonesia. The fund is growing rapidly and capital raising is in advanced stages. Applications are sought from seasoned Indonesian property professionals who have strong track record of sourcing,transacting and completing successful real estate deals across the country.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
• At least 12 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Senior Managers specializing in Property/Real Estate, Finance - Corporate Finance/Investment/Merchant Banking or equivalent.
• Full-Time position(s) available.
