Responsibilities:

  • End to end recruitment experience (brief taking, screening, competency based interviewing & offer management)

  • Able to build processes and procedures
  • Able to advise on recruitment methods, approaches to market and market information
  • Able to handle high volume recruitment
  • Able to define and build talent acquisition process and strategy
  • Detail oriented while maintaining big picture thinking

Requirements:

  • Minimum degree : Bachelor degree in psychology, human resource management, or law
  • Minimum experience : 5 years in Recruitment or HR
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Adequate knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
  • Fast-paced and able to think one step ahead
