Conference Sales Executive/Telemarketers
Jakarta Raya

Responsibilities:

Based in Jakarta, you will be involved in marketing and effective delegate and corporate sponsorship sales to both the domestic and international markets.

You will also work closely with the rest of the conference team handling the conference agenda, inviting speakers, copywriting, designing the conference brochures, budgeting and ensuring the profitability of the conference. From time to time, you will be called upon to assist in these and other matters pertinent to the conference.

1. Proactively engage in telesales and other sales activities to promote the event and achieve the agreed revenue and other targets.
2. Assist to conduct market research on new prospective delegates and sponsors.
3. Assist in developing and implementing creative sales and marketing programmes and strategy plan effective in delegate and sponsor acquisition.
4. Actively contribute ideas and facilitate the conference sales and production team to ensure overall success of the event.

Requirements:

1. Demonstrated ability in sales and marketing.
2. Ability to deal tactfully and diplomatically with both guests and team.
3. Target-oriented and has the ability to manage and complete projects successfully within the timeline.
4. High integrity, committed and responsible nature.
5. A superb communicator with excellent skills in terms of business negotiation and written skills.
