One of our clients, a world wide mining industry is currently seeking Junior SAP Support / Business Analyst (Material Management - MM, HR, Payroll, Finance -FICO, Maintenance) to be part of their global SAP team in Jakarta - Indonesia.

Junior SAP Support / Business Analyst (MM, HR, Payroll, Finance, Maintenance)

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and respond efficiently and effectively to queries and problem related to SAP business process.
• Profile and analyse data for issues and discrepancies. Profiling may be done using existing available tools in the environment such as SAP adhoc queries or reporting.
• Work with domain owners and other relevant parties on the profiling analysis of data issues, assessing the cause of the issues, proposing follow-up actions / resolutions and resolving the issues.
• Analyze "as is" and "to be" user requirements, impact of changes, match requirements to current system features/functionalities, configuration and follow-up with the necessary parties to suit requirements and achieve user satisfaction.
• Conduct SAP user training and provide assistance and/or handholding to users when necessary.

Requirements:

• Sarjana S-1/ Bachelor Degree with minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Prior experience in ANY SAP module is a bonus.
• Ability to analyze and understand current business process.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and resolve day-to-day issues raised by users and management.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills in English.
• Able to communicate and work well within a team.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, work international, and have an assertive behavior.
