Business Development Executive
Balikpapan (Kalimantan Timur), Jakarta Raya, Medan (Sumatera Utara), Pekanbaru (Riau), Pontianak (Kalimantan Barat), Semarang (Jawa Tengah)

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement and manage business plan to maximize sales
• To expand customer base as well as to serve existing clients
• To achievesales and profit targets set
• Making accurate, rapid cost calculations, and providing customers with quotations.
• To be responsible for payment collection
• To conduct sales presentations/demonstrations whenever required
• To attend customer's feed back, enquiries or other need immediately
• Gathering market and customer information and providing feedback on future buying trends.
• Representing your organization at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations.
• Monitor and report on sales activities by weekly and monthly

Requirements:

• At least 2 yearsrelevant working experience.
• Required language(s):Bahasa Indonesia and English
• Posses excellent customer relations charisma and sales techniques
• Pleasant and dynamic personality with great enthusiasm in sales
• Self motivated and result oriented with strong desire to succeed
• Computer literate and good written and verbal communication skill
• Able to work independently and willing to travel to plantation and construction site.
• Experience in construction/road construction is an added advantage.
• Preferably graduated fromCivil Engineering.
