Requirements:

• University graduate and above, preferable Mater Degree in Finance / Risk Management or other relevant discipline
• Over 10 years working experience in Banking or financial service industry, especially having 8-year risk management experience in consumer lending areas, including experience in risk strategic planning, consumer lending credit policy, and credit evaluation and approval, with over 5 years of people management experiences.
• Experience in Public Loan, Small Business Loan and Mortgage would be must; but experience in credit card and collection would be a plus.
• Risk management skill in retail credit risk management areas, including Minimum Risk Acceptance Criteria setting, Credit Scoring Model development/validation, Credit Risk forecast/mitigation, Credit MIS generation, Loan Origination System design, and Fraud detection/prevention.
• BSMR level III above certificate.
• Have an attentive and prudent personality with high integrity and good interpersonal.
• High developed communication skills appropriate for all levels including local and global level
• Fluent in English speaking and written.
• Good time management, be able to and be good at planning and organizing work schedule
• Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
• Be able to prioritize work.
• Be a team player who can also work independently.
• Self-disciple, hands-on, responsive, aggressive, detail-oriented, responsible, efficiency, and responsible.
